Based in my studio in Massey, West Auckland, each session includes one hour of studio time, focusing on your beautiful baby with a simple white wrap and beanbag. There are no elaborate props or complicated setups - just your baby, soft natural tones and timeless photographs you will treasure for years to come.

These sessions are ideal for families who prefer a minimal approach and want to capture their newborn’s tiny features in a relaxed studio environment.

What Is Included in a Mini Newborn Session?

Your mini newborn photography session includes:

One hour of studio time.
A simple white wrap and beanbag for baby.
30 digital images.
Natural, baby-led posing.
The opportunity to include parents and siblings.

The focus is on simplicity, keeping the attention on your little one rather than props or elaborate setups.

Because these are shorter sessions, they are best suited to families who love natural newborn portraits. Your baby may be awake or asleep during the session, and while I always work gently around your baby's needs, sleeping poses cannot be guaranteed.

If you are dreaming of more variety, elaborate setups, props and a wider range of posed sleeping and awake images, my full newborn photography session may be a better fit.
