I’ve been dedicated to my photography business for 16 years, and I can honestly say I still absolutely love what I do. There is something incredibly special about being trusted to capture such an important time in your family’s journey.

As a maternity and newborn photographer in Auckland, New Zealand, my passion is creating beautiful, timeless images while making your experience just as special as the photographs themselves.

For me, photography is about more than simply taking beautiful photographs, it’s about creating an experience you genuinely enjoy.

My style is natural, relaxed and focused on capturing real moments and genuine emotions. I want you to feel comfortable, never rushed or pressured, so your family can simply be yourselves. When you’re relaxed, the most authentic moments naturally happen, and those are the memories I love to capture.

I aim to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can slow down and enjoy this special stage of life, while I capture the little details, connections and emotions that make your family uniquely yours.

As a mum myself, I completely understand just how quickly babies grow. One minute they’re tiny enough to hold in your arms, and before you know it, they’re taller than you! Those fleeting moments are exactly why I believe photography is so important.

My goal is to create authentic, timeless photographs that bring you back to how this moment felt, not just how it looked.

Photography has always been a part of me

Ever since I was little, I’ve had a love for photography. I tried other careers along the way, but somehow, I always found myself coming back to what I truly loved - photography.

This is one of the only photographs I have of myself as a child. I was the third child, so there aren’t quite as many photos of me as I would have liked, and fittingly, there I am with a camera in front of my face.

Looking back, it makes me smile. Maybe I was always meant to be behind the camera.

16 years later, I’m still doing what I love. I feel incredibly lucky to have turned that childhood passion into a career, capturing beautiful memories for families and creating photographs that I hope will be treasured for generations.

My home studio is designed to be a warm, relaxing, and safe haven for both mums and new babies. It's fully equipped with everything needed for maternity and newborn sessions, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Plus, there's convenient parking right outside the door and a separate changing area for your privacy and ease.
